ICF strives to grow a wide diversity of vegetable crops, everything from arugula to zucchini. What we have available each week varies depending on the weather and the season. While some crops could in theory be available at all times, many crops are unavailable at least part of the season. You’ll generally have several options to choose from in various vegetable categories (for instance, you can mix and match kale, cabbage, mustard greens, chard, etc. to make up your share of greens for the week).
