2012 Summer Share Survey

At the end of each summer season we like to gather feedback to help us plan for the next season: what crops were too plentiful, which crops were too few, what communication methods work for you, and more. The survey is distributed to the entire membership via an email link, but you are welcome to fill out the survey in paper during the final two weeks of pick-ups (and enjoy some hot cider at the same time.) You need to fill out either the electronic or paper survey, not both! We've heard from many of you throughout the season and we're grateful for your comments and support, but the survey helps us to quantify the thoughts of the entire membership in one place.
