We have had a very successful winter share this season, the first winter share that will extend into spring! Yes, as soon as the sun comes out, the clocks change, and the temperatures rise, we think of spring. We've started planting onions in the greenhouse and each week more trays will be filled.  But we still have several weeks of winter share and loads of colorful root vegetables...and the occasional green in the form of lettuces and spinach. Greens are almost as good as chocolate!
