The Greenhouse is Open

It's March and that means the greenhouse is open and we have started planting onions! Seed orders are arriving nearly daily, potting soil is here, planting trays have arrived. The bio-fuel furnace is fired up and shoots will appear soon. We are still enjoying the winter share even as we look ahead to summer. The fresh spinach and baby lettuces and arugula have been such a welcome sight each week!
