2024 Share Slide-up Initiative

This spring Intervale Community Farm introduced a CSA share slide-up option in our membership sign-up that offered enrolling CSA members the opportunity to add a 10-20% to the cost of their share to increase revenue directly to staff wages. 

Over 260 households rounded up their summer and winter shares, totaling $27,500, which was paid out to our dedicated and hardworking seasonal farm staff.  We are grateful to all of you supporting the effort to improve wages in agriculture, which is a major focus of ICF board conversations.  Every CSA share helps contribute to fair farmer wages, as 60-65% of your CSA share goes toward payroll and associated expenses.
